Job Purpose

• • Diagnosing and maintaining I.T. equipment (Computers, Network Switches, Biometric Attendance Machines) across the institute.
• • Providing students with foundational knowledge of I.T. (Windows, Hardware, Software, Email, Internet browsing) and assisting them in understanding the subject matter.

Description 

Training Program Coordination and Execution

Responsible for:

1. Developing training programs, including lesson plans, lectures, and handouts.
2. - Conducting periodic tests, quizzes, and overall assessments.
3. - Managing attendance records and preparing for Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
4. - Coor- dinating with parents, collecting fees, and ensuring student retention.
5. - Identifying dropouts and implementing motivational initiatives.
6. 
   
7. Execution Duties:
8. - Implementing training programs effectively and efficiently.
9. - Coordinating with staff for internal activities like timetable development and result announcements.
10. - Planning and executing skill enhancement training for staff.
11. - Assisting in report development and database management.
12. 
    
13. Additional Responsibilities:
14. - Maintaining discipline and fostering creativity among students.
15. - Ensuring cleanliness and decorum in workshops/classrooms.
16. - Managing workshop tools and equipment.
17. - Providing administrative support as needed, including arranging practical examinations.
18. - Assisting students with registration and examination forms.

- Adhering to rules and regulations and completing assigned tasks on time.
